Job Overview
Ready to take the wheel and steer your career in the right direction? Marvin is looking for a Local/Yard Driver to join our team! In this role, you'll transport trailers on our facility properties and complete local pick-ups and deliveries. You'll also help loading dock associates with loading and unloading trucks.

Highlights of your role
Relocate, transport, and stage for loading and unloading to meet required receiving, production and shipping goals.
Partner with receiving and shipping teams to maintain detailed yard checks.
Transport product locally between plants, local vendors, and local customers while providing excellent customer service.
Complete Electronic Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports on tractor and trailer equipment to ensure road worthiness.
Maintain all Department of Transportation (DOT) and Marvin regulations, and ensure proper documentation of department data.
Enjoy a comfortable schedule:
Monday-Thursday; 5:30 am - 3:30 pm; occasional overtime as needed: Pay $26 per hour.
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
Valid Class A driver's license (CDL) and minimum one-year CDL driving experience required.
Ability to meet all DOT requirements.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Also want to make sure you have
Ability to lift/carry or push/pull up to 85 lbs.
Ability to acquire and retain forklift/industrial vehicle licenses required for this role
Basic computer skills and strong communication skills.
Ability to work well both with a team and independently in a fast-paced position.
