The EHS Specialist supports and executes safety and health programs to ensure a compliant and accident-free manufacturing environment. They are responsible for conducting safety training, performing audits, and maintaining records to meet OSHA and company standards.
Candidates should have knowledge of OSHA standards and experience in a manufacturing environment. An associate degree is preferred, along with relevant safety certifications such as OSHA 30 or the NSC Advanced Safety Certificate.
The Safety & Health Specialist is an individual contributor role that is responsible for supporting and executing the Safety & Health program to ensure a safe, healthy, and accident-free work environment that meets OSHA and best practice standards. These duties will be carried out at a specified Marvin facility, with the role reporting up through the Operations structure at the designated location.
