Un/a Desarrollador FullStack con mínimo 4 años de experiencia real en desarrollo frontend y backend, dominio sólido de Java con Spring Boot, Angular y entornos cloud productivos sobre AWS.
Más allá del código, este rol tiene un componente humano clave: acompañarás y potenciarás a desarrolladores con menor experiencia dentro del equipo, siendo un punto de referencia técnico en la mesa de trabajo. Diseñar e implementar soluciones full stack utilizando Java, Spring Boot en el backend y Angular en el frontend, garantizando calidad, escalabilidad y mantenibilidad del código.
Desplegar y operar aplicaciones en entornos cloud productivos sobre AWS, asegurando disponibilidad, seguridad y rendimiento.
Revisar y proporcionar feedback técnico al código de otros desarrolladores del equipo, promoviendo buenas prácticas y estándares de calidad.
Acompañar y mentorizar a desarrolladores con menor experiencia, apoyando su crecimiento técnico dentro de la mesa de trabajo.
Participar activamente en la definición de arquitectura y decisiones técnicas del proyecto, aportando criterio y contexto de negocio.
Identificar y resolver cuellos de botella, bugs y problemas de rendimiento en aplicaciones existentes, proponiendo mejoras concretas.
Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para traducir requerimientos de negocio en soluciones técnicas viables y bien documentadas.
Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software con stack full stack (frontend + backend), incluyendo participación activa en proyectos cloud productivos sobre AWS y experiencia acompañando equipos de desarrollo.

AWS: Experiencia operando en entornos cloud productivos (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, o servicios equivalentes).
Java: Nivel avanzado; desarrollo de aplicaciones empresariales robustas.
Spring Boot: Construcción de APIs REST y microservicios listos para producción.
Angular: Desarrollo de aplicaciones frontend SPA, manejo de componentes, servicios y módulos.
Conocimiento de buenas prácticas: clean code, patrones de diseño, integración continua y control de versiones con Git.
