Requires at least 4 years of experience in the construction industry and proficiency with modern survey equipment like Trimble and Leica. A valid driver's license is mandatory, and an associate degree or certificate in Land Surveying or Civil Engineering is preferred.

In this role, you will direct assigned field team members, help complete boundary, topographic, and construction stakeout work, and provide survey assistance under the leadership of an Office Coordinator or Senior Crew Chief. You’ll also help keep field operations organized, safe, and aligned with project needs.
Principal Responsibilities
Required Qualifications and Skills
All weather year round outdoor work environment with seasonal conditions including extreme heat index and wind-chill/low temperatures.
Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, talk, see, hear, and lift objects up to 50 pounds.
Occasionally required to drive, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, reach with hands or arms, and grasp or pull.
Will have exposure to loud noises.

Salary Ranges (by jurisdiction, in compliance with local laws): Salary Range: $24.00 - $30.00/hr
Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant.
