Un/a Arquitecto RPA con 4 a 6 años de experiencia en automatización de procesos, con dominio experto de Automation Anywhere A360 y visión estratégica para liderar la evolución técnica de un Centro de Excelencia. El perfil ideal combina profundidad arquitectónica con capacidad de gobierno, mentoría y construcción de comunidad técnica.
Este rol es una columna vertebral: no solo diseña la arquitectura de referencia, sino que custodía los estándares que garantizan entregas homologadas, habilita las competencias del equipo y abre el camino hacia la hiperautomatización con IA. Una oportunidad real de dejar huella en la práctica y en los clientes.
Definir, mantener y evolucionar la arquitectura de referencia: patrones de diseño, frameworks reutilizables y modelos de integración sobre Automation Anywhere A360.
Establecer y custodiar los estándares técnicos, de seguridad y de gobierno (credenciales, colas, devices, despliegues en Control Room) para garantizar entregas consistentes y homologadas.
Liderar el roadmap tecnológico de la práctica, evaluando e incorporando capacidades como Automation Co-Pilot, Document Automation / IQ Bot, AARI e IA generativa.
Revisar y validar diseños de solución de desarrolladores y arquitectos de procesos, asegurando escalabilidad, mantenibilidad y adherencia a los estándares del CoE.
Desarrollar competencias técnicas del equipo a través de mentoría, rutas de aprendizaje y acompañamiento en certificaciones.
Intervenir en cuentas que requieran actuaciones de alta complejidad arquitectónica o naturaleza estratégica.
