The Team:
The Channel Partnerships team drives growth through strategic relationships with regional and global distribution partners. This team works closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to expand market reach, generate new business opportunities, and strengthen partner engagement across the energy and commodities ecosystem.
Responsibilities and Impact:
Develop and execute regional channel partner strategies to maximize partner performance and drive net-new revenue growth.
Build and manage relationships with key channel partners, serving as the primary point of contact and escalation resource.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to create and execute joint go-to-market plans and partner enablement initiatives.
Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop new channel partners to expand market coverage and business opportunities.
Drive partner-sourced pipeline growth through joint campaigns, events, webinars, and sales engagement activities.
Maintain accurate partner records and pipeline visibility in CRM systems while meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.

What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in channel sales, channel partner management, or indirect sales environments.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. [
Experience managing opportunities, pipeline, and account data within CRM systems.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Spanish language proficiency.
Energy, commodities, or related industry knowledge.
Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and partner executives.
Ability to travel within the assigned region and manage multiple partner relationships effectively.
