This is a remote, work-from-home position open to candidates based in New York, New York, United States, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining critical information across our company databases. The offered compensation for this role is between $26.00 - $38.00 per hour.

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of the data that supports our pioneering work.
Responsibilities
Accurately and efficiently enter data from various source documents into our databases and computer systems.
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output for accuracy.
Maintain data integrity by performing regular checks to ensure all information is complete and up to date.
Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry, ensuring all information is organised effectively.
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations to ensure data preservation.
Uphold strict confidentiality and comply with data security policies when handling sensitive information.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy with an exceptional level of attention to detail.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with MS Excel.
Superb organisational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.
High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential data.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
