Lead and coordinate engineering and delivery activities for transmission tower steelwork, including fabrication, logistics, and erection. Manage interfaces between steelworks, foundations, and crews while ensuring compliance with approved designs and specifications.
Requires a tertiary qualification in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering with significant experience in steel or heavy construction projects. Must possess strong skills in managing subcontractors, complex construction interfaces, and structural steel fabrication.
About the Role
Acciona is seeking a Senior Project Engineer - Towers to lead and coordinate engineering and delivery activities associated with transmission tower steelwork. Reporting to the Project Manager - Towers, this role is critical to ensuring the safe, efficient and compliant fabrication, delivery and erection of steel towers across multiple work fronts on a major infrastructure project.
