The Site Supervisor manages daily on-site construction activities, leading crews to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. They serve as the primary liaison between the company, clients, and subcontractors while maintaining quality standards and safety compliance.
Candidates need a degree in Construction Management or a Journeyperson Electrician designation and 5-7 years of construction experience. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites are required.

What You'll Do
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Site Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing all daily on-site construction activities. This role leads site crews to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. The Site Supervisor serves as the primary point of contact for the Project Manager, subcontractors, and the client, and is accountable for timely and accurate crew timesheet submission.
