The Staff Accountant is responsible for executing month-end closing, financial reporting, and maintaining transaction processing systems. They will also perform account reconciliations, payroll analysis, and support senior staff with various financial tasks.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the commercial construction industry. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred, along with proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
The Staff Accountant will ensure local finance and accounting tasks, including month-end closing for multiple companies and other financial reporting tasks are executed in an accurate and timely fashion. This position is responsible for assisting in the operation of department. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties throughout the facility as assigned and or as necessary.
Essential Functions: An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.
