The Solar Installer is responsible for the installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance of solar panels and equipment in commercial and industrial settings. This includes conducting electrical wiring, aligning racking systems, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and have completed specialized technical training. The role requires the ability to travel 50-75% of the time and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

The Solar Installer is accountable for solar installation, inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance within commercial, industrial and field settings. This position requires an understanding of electrical systems and construction practices. They will work closely with other team members to ensure installations are completed to the highest standards.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Specialized Technical Training
Travel: 50-75%
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, but may vary and can include, but is not limited to nights, weekends, and holidays. The ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.
