Who We Are
At Inverto North America, we’re shaping the future of procurement and supply chain - and we’re doing it with ambition, pace, and purpose. Backed by BCG and driven by our own entrepreneurial spirit, we work globally with market-leading clients to deliver strategies that make businesses stronger.
Our people are at the heart of that impact. We’re experts in our field, and we don’t stand still. Together, we grow our capabilities, expand our offering, and scale our global presence. Our success opens new doors for everyone at Inverto, and we make sure that growth is shared.
What You'll Do
As a Senior Consultant, you’ll work alongside experienced consultants and client teams to solve complex procurement and supply chain challenges. From Day 1, you’ll contribute to developing and implementing practical solutions that create measurable value for our clients.
As part of a fast-growing organization, you’ll gain early responsibility, collaborate across industries, and build expertise through meaningful client work in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment, including:
Deliver end-to-end project work. Analyze procurement data, processes, organizations, and category strategies to implement tailored solutions that deliver real value and results for our clients.
Grow in an entrepreneurial environment. Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced culture where you’ll take ownership, continuously learn, and contribute to building a growing business.
Work across industries and client challenges. Support organizations across sectors including consumer goods, retail, healthcare, energy, automotive, and industrial products, helping procurement leaders solve today’s most pressing business challenges.
Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with clients. Contribute to workshops, negotiations, and client discussions while quickly building industry knowledge and developing trusted working relationships with client teams.
Leverage AI to advance the way we work. Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, sharpen insights and deliver stronger outcomes for our clients, while continuously building your fluency with the technology.
Build knowledge across Inverto. Contribute to communities of expertise, share project learnings, and continue developing your capabilities across procurement and supply chain topics.
Learn through collaboration. Work in a supportive, highly collaborative environment where experienced colleagues invest in your development through coaching, feedback, and hands-on learning.
What You'll Bring
2+ years of relevant professional experience in procurement, supply chain management, operations or consulting.
BS from an accredited university (MS is preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Results-orientated mindset.
Confidence and persuasiveness - able to drive individually and come ready with a perspective.
Business-fluent written and spoken English language skills.
Willingness to travel to work with clients and Inverto teams. At times, this role will require significant travel to client sites. The amount of travel will depend on client needs and nature of projects.
An authentic, entrepreneurial spirit that thrives through team collaboration.
Who You'll Work With
You’ll collaborate with experienced consultants and procurement specialists across Inverto North America while partnering closely with colleagues throughout the broader BCG network. Together, you’ll work in diverse, high-performing teams that value curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
You’ll have opportunities to learn from experienced practitioners, contribute to client engagements across industries, and build lasting relationships with colleagues who are passionate about delivering meaningful results for clients.
