Founded in 2019, Highland partners with school districts, municipalities, and fleet operators to make the transition to electric fleets simple and affordable.
Highland proudly serves as the Official Electric School Bus Provider of the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games and Team USA. From pioneering vehicle-to-grid technology to managing some of the nation’s largest electric school bus fleets, Highland delivers reliable, cost-effective solutions that support local communities and drive the future of transportation.
Job Summary:
The Federal Incentive Analyst provides support to EPA, DOE, and other federal granting agencies in implementing Highland’s or their partner’s awards.
\nResponsibilities will include:
Conducting research
Compiling and organizing data
Preparing and submitting documents
Coordinating with internal departments
Engaging with agency partners
Assisting with performance and financial reporting
Serving as a resource to the Market Development team, supporting special projects as needed
Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Self-motivated: proactively assume responsibilities, with ability to operate effectively with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to collaborate across departments within the company
Excellent communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
Interest or prior knowledge of electric vehicles, transportation, and/or energy a plus
