Perform high-level bulk power system studies and lead electrical engineers in conducting steady state, short circuit, and stability analyses. Develop mitigation plans for system constraints and provide subject matter expertise to clients and internal staff.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and over 5 years of professional experience in power system impact studies. Proficiency in software such as PSS/E, PSCAD, Aspen, and TARA is required, with Python programming preferred.
EPE is in search of a highly skilled Senior Engineer with a background in Transmission Planning studies. In this role you will work closely with senior leadership to support our growth strategy and provide subject matter expertise both internally through coaching and developing staff as well as externally to our clients.
Experience leveraging AI and automation tools responsibly to improve quality, productivity and innovation
Location: This position is open to Remote US
Travel: Occasional travel may be needed (10% or less)
