Solar, batteries, generators, high-efficiency HVAC — you'll be the technical voice behind a whole-home energy transformation with real upward mobility. This role is a launchpad, not a ceiling. We develop technicians into badass Comfort Advisors.

Top performers earn $100K-$200K with competitive hourly pay, uncapped commissions, and install bonus pay on top.
