The Power Delivery Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing complex power delivery projects, including managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality control. They will also lead project teams, engage in business development, and coordinate with various engineering and ancillary service departments.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and possess at least 7 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years specifically in project management. A Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or EIT status, along with PMP certification or the ability to obtain it, is preferred.

HDR Engineering is looking for a Power Delivery Project Manager to join our growing and nationally ranked team of Power Delivery professionals.
The primary duties of a Power Delivery Project Manager include planning, developing, executing, and closing out all aspects of Power Delivery projects of all sizes and complexity, including scope and/or proposal development, project team development and assignment, project execution, project closeout, and quality control, schedule, and budget management. Projects may involve substations, system protection/planning, transmission lines, distribution lines, and associated strategic services, including routing/siting, environmental permitting, right of way acquisition, and construction management.
Delivery model of projects may include traditional Design-Bid-Build (DBB), Engineer-Procure-Construct (EPC), or other models, but responsibility of this position is focused on the engineering and ancillary services described above.
Duties may also include building local teams and/or leveraging existing staff across the company to execute work and deliver world class services to clients and engaging in business development activities to support existing and new clients.
