The position requires a Bachelor's degree and two years of HR-related experience, or a Master's degree. Preferred qualifications include five years of high-volume recruitment experience and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.

USF Human Resources is embarking on a multi-year transformation focused on a Human Resources strategy that elevates our people so that the University and culture support a competitive workforce advantage in line with our strategic plan.
Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, the Recruiting HR Partner will serve as an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team by providing full-cycle recruitment service for the University of South Florida's Tampa campus. The Recruiting HR Partner will partner with hiring managers to fill exempt and non-exempt positions. This position will research, develop, and implement effective strategies to develop high quality talent pipelines.
