The Senior Strength and Conditioning Specialist leads the development and delivery of evidence-based physical performance programs for SOF personnel. Requires a Bachelor's degree in exercise or health science and at least 7 years of experience coaching high-level athletes or SOF operators. Candidates must hold a CSCS or SCCC certification, be CPR/AED certified, and possess or be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

The Senior Strength and Conditioning Specialist serves as the lead physical performance expert responsible for supervising and coordinating the development, delivery, and evaluation of evidence‑based strength and conditioning programs. This position provides expert instruction, oversees administrative and quality‑assurance functions for the physical training program, and serves as the primary representative for strength and conditioning matters across units or components. The Senior SCS leverages extensive experience to guide performance enhancement, injury mitigation, and return‑to‑duty processes for personnel operating in demanding environments.
CLEARANCE: Secret or Top-Secret Clearance, or the ability to obtain clearance.
LOCATION: Various OCONUS & CONUS SITES

The likely salary range for this position is $72,877 - $98,599. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Telecommuting Options:
