We are currently seeking an EKT Family Engagement Facilitator to lead the family engagement component of the Early Kindergarten Transition program at Glenfair Elementary Community School. Position requires the ability to coordinate and facilitate groups of family members in a school setting.

Position Title: Temporary EKT Family Engagement Facilitator To: SUN Site Manager
Position Dates: This position is temporary and will be completed in August, 2026.
Training session for the position will occur in July, 2026
Class preparation will be the first week of August 2026
Family classes will be 8/10 – 8/13 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM
Family Engagement Facilitator Hours: 7:30 AM – 11:00 AM

Under general supervision of the SUN Site Manager, EKT Kinder teachers and the school principal, the EKT Family Engagement Coordinator will facilitate the family engagement component of the Early Kindergarten Transition programs in Community Schools.

This position is for our Summer EKT Session. EKT classes are not held on Reynolds School District No-School Days. This position may have the opportunity for continued workshops during the 26-27 school year. EKT Family Engagement Facilitators are part-time, temporary employees of Metropolitan Family Service.
Compensation: $30.00 per/hr.
