In this vital role, you will provide direct academic oversight, ensure instructional excellence, and foster a supportive learning environment that promotes student and faculty success. You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and retaining qualified instructors, while driving initiatives that enhance student engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
