The Federation Bursar is responsible for managing school finances, resources, and personnel. They also oversee general administration and ensure the effective management of premises, health, and safety.
The ideal candidate will possess empathy, personal resilience, and patience. They must be passionate about working within a school environment and capable of managing diverse operational duties.
Otley and Witnesham Federation are looking for a Federation Bursar.
Otley and Witnesham are both lovely, small village schools on the outskirts of Ipswich. The children are delightful, parents supportive and the team fabulous!
The federation is working collaboratively in order to develop the highest quality education for the children, of which the plan for both schools is between 13 - 15 per year group.
You will possess empathy, personal resilience, understanding, patience and be passionate about working within a school environment.
As our Federation Bursar you will be required to undertake the following duties:
