Co-deliver Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism through online and face-to-face sessions. Share personal lived experiences to help health and social care staff improve their care and communication.
Must have lived experience of autism or a learning disability and feel comfortable sharing these experiences with others. No previous training experience is required, but a passion for improving understanding and respect is essential.

We offer a blend of: Work from home (online delivery of Tier 1) with face-to-face delivery locally ( within 1 hour of home) of Tier 2 programmes

Your lived experience is essential to delivering the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism. We will fully fund your training and support you every step of the way so you can become a confident Co-Trainer, delivering sessions online and (if you choose) in person.
You will always work alongside an experienced Facilitator Trainer who will support you throughout.
