The Training Standards Lead ensures consistent, high-quality customer experiences by overseeing the qualification and technical mentorship of Civil Instructors and Examiners. This includes conducting performance audits, delivering instructor training, and translating global standards into local operational actions.
Candidates must hold an ICAO ATPL or CPL and a recognized instructor certificate (FAA, EASA, or equivalent). A minimum of three years of experience in instructor training within an ATO/AOC environment and extensive experience with multi-pilot aircraft is required.
