Summary
Join St John Fisher College in a contract position until the end of 2027 school year, teaching business across years 7 - 10. You will also have the ability to teach another subject and ignite a passion for learning in our students, while embodying the values, mission, and principles of Catholic Education!
Location: St John Fisher College - Bracken Ridge (S)
Contract date: Term 4, 2026 - End of 2027 school year
Creating a nurturing and ordered learning environment that is learner-centred, supportive, cooperative, and aligned with relevant curriculum policies, documents and practices
Collaboratively developing and implementing quality curriculum programs and appropriate pedagogy; evaluating their effectiveness; assessing and reporting student progress and learning outcomes; and reporting these to students, parents and the community
Working collaboratively with the leadership team, teachers and other staff members in contributing to the professional life of the school and fostering a positive school culture
Proactively engaging with professional learning to enhance student learning outcomes
Establishing positive relationships in the pastoral care of students and supporting their spiritual and moral development
Ensure that the teachings and values of the Catholic Church form a foundation for learning and teaching.

Creating a supportive, learner-focused classroom aligned with the Australian Curriculum

For this position you are not required to be Catholic unless teaching Religious Education
