Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field or a combination of high school diploma and significant human service experience. A valid driver's license and access to a car are mandatory for home visits.

Position Summary
The Family Support Coach provides home and community-based services to young moms using the evidence-based Parents as Teachers model. This role includes parent coaching, case management, and group programming. The coach works closely with Doulas and other team members to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed support to families in Chicago.
Location: Main Office in Chicago, IL (5317 W Chicago Ave), with travel to surrounding area
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Starting Salary: $49,000 - $51,000
