Embed Chamberlain Care principles and Covista culture expectations into academic operations and support services.
Faculty Leadership & Team Development
Build and lead a high-performing academic team—faculty, lab, experiential learning teams, and support—aligned to student success.
Oversee hiring, onboarding, development, scheduling, performance, and retention of faculty and associate deans.
Ensure appropriate faculty coverage and support for evening and weekend programming.
Partner with ADAAs to ensure high faculty engagement and low regrettable turnover.
Ensure faculty are retained, continuously improving, and achieving their goals.
Program Oversight & Leadership
Serve as Program Director for the Charlotte campus, with full accountability for program performance, student outcomes, and operational effectiveness.
Ensure successful execution and sustainability of the campus-based BSN program, including expanded delivery models.
Collaboration, Partnership & Representation
Serve as liaison to boards, communities, and internal stakeholders with professionalism and care.
Represent the program in regulatory, accreditation, and community engagements.
Work as a team—coordinating closely with the Executive Director, DAAs, and ADAAs to support student and business outcomes.
Key Behaviors for Success
