The BCBA designs and oversees individualized, play-based care for toddlers and young children with autism in home and community settings. They are responsible for guiding clinical programming, partnering with caregivers through coaching, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Candidates must hold a current BCBA certification, state licensure (LBA), and a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field. They must also be able to pass background checks and demonstrate a commitment to family-centered, ethical care.

Elevated Kids is a BCBA-owned, mission-driven organization dedicated to delivering developmentally responsive, play-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for infants, toddlers, and young children (ages 0–8) diagnosed with Autism dedicated to delivering developmentally responsive, play-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for infants, toddlers, and young children (ages 0–8) diagnosed with Autism. We specialize in Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI), an evidence-based model recognized as best practice for young children diagnosed with Autism.
