The RN Trainer provides nursing oversight and clinical support for the I/DD/MH/SA population, focusing on staff training and medication compliance. Responsibilities include conducting medication administration certifications, performing site audits, and supervising specialized medical interventions.
Candidates must hold a valid RN license in North Carolina and/or South Carolina with 2-5+ years of experience in long-term care for I/DD/MH/SA populations. A valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and a clear background check are also required.
