About the Position
The Director, Information Technology & Business Systems is responsible for the strategic leadership, delivery, and optimization of the organization’s technology landscape, including core IT infrastructure and enterprise business systems. This role partners closely with executive leadership and business function leaders to ensure technology solutions effectively support business objectives, scalability, security, and operational excellence.
The Director oversees all IT operations, enterprise applications, and business system platforms, leading teams responsible for infrastructure, applications, integrations, and system support while managing budgets, vendors, and technology roadmaps.

Hybrid Work Arrangement: This position operates on a hybrid schedule, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays and on-site work from Tuesday through Thursday.
Compensation Range
The expected base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $170,000 CAD. This range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. Actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and internal equity.
