Support planning and forecasting for GSK in Poland by maintaining financial models and coordinating planning cycles. Analyze variances and produce management reports to support leadership decision-making and process improvements.

Key responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial models to deliver monthly and quarterly forecasts.
Consolidate inputs from local and regional teams and coordinate planning cycles.
Analyse variances between actuals, budgets and forecasts and provide clear explanations.
Produce monthly management reports and materials to support leadership decisions.
Run scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess risks and opportunities.
Propose and support process and system improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.

Basic Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
1–2 years’ experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting or related finance work.
Strong Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and basic financial modelling.
Good written and spoken English for collaboration across teams.
Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and support continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualification:
Experience with SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
Progress toward or completion of a professional finance qualification (for example ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences or consumer goods finance.
Familiarity with driver-based forecasting, budgeting cycles and variance analysis.
Experience preparing reports for senior stakeholders and supporting decision making.
Experience in automation or reporting improvement initiatives.
Working model
This role is hybrid. You will be expected to work from our Poland office regularly and be available for in-person collaboration.
