THE WORK:
You will work closely with our clients as Consulting Professionals who design, build and implement strategies that can help enhance business performance. As part of the team, you will drive the following:
Provide design, functional support for Microsoft Dynamics
Assess end-to-end MSD processes to identify gaps, and help the client define target state processes standardized across geographies/business units
Define user personas and user journeys
Work as an integral part of the client’s sales and commerce organization, towards driving efficient and effective structure pricing and discounting approach.
Work to facilitate Leadership’s team involvement of key stakeholders and buy-in for change readiness

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Minimum 6 years of progressive industry and/or consulting experience in the Products, Communications, Life Sciences, High Tech, Resources or Financial Services industry
Functional experience in Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) processes for B2B industries
Hands-on experience configuring MSD
Deep functional and implementation experience MSD and other tools like Salesforce, Conga, SAP Callidus
Experience of delivering global B2B transformation projects
Expertise in MS Excel, Macro, PowerPoint and exposure to Visualization Tools such as Power BI and Tableau
Experience working on a Business / Operational Transformation project
Strong program management skills
Experience working with “C” level executives
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Hands on expertise in Sales and Commerce Analytics, advanced analytics, visualization tools
Bonus if you have:
Certification in Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce or SAP with focus on Pricing, CPQ Specialist.
