Position Overview
VersaFile is looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst / Quality Assurance Analyst to support the successful delivery of enterprise content management (ECM), workflow automation, and ERP integration projects. In this role, you'll work closely with clients, project managers, developers, and delivery leads to translate business requirements into well-defined solutions and ensure those solutions meet expectations through rigorous testing and validation.
You'll play a key role in documenting requirements, supporting project delivery, managing testing activities, and helping clients successfully adopt new technologies. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. You'll have the opportunity to build expertise in enterprise platforms including SAP, IBM FileNet, Box, SharePoint, and other leading business systems.
