Since 1946, our relentless commitment to these values has helped us challenge the status quo and break down barriers. We’ve made bold commitments to become net-zero by 2040 across all mortgages and loans, and we’re actively pursuing strategies in Indigenous banking and financial resilience for our members.
As the largest private sector Living Wage Employer in Canada, we’re proud to be consistently recognized as one of the country’s Top Employers. If you’re ready to join our team of 2,300 diverse individuals, access competitive rewards and benefits, and be part of a greater movement - apply today!
Your Role in Supporting Our Members:
As the Marketing Operations Lead, you will lead enterprise marketing operations by driving planning, governance, and coordination across all marketing channels, tools, and processes. You will play a key role in ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly, efficiently, and with measurable impact. This role is ideal for a strategic, systems-thinking marketing professional who excels in operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.
This is a full-time, permanent role based at Vancity head office and will report directly to the Manager, Marketing. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demands.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Leading the enterprise marketing calendar, ensuring alignment of initiatives, timelines, and dependencies across teams
Establishing and evolving marketing policies, workflows, and approval processes to drive consistent, scalable delivery
Coordinating integrated campaign execution across channels to ensure seamless member experiences
Overseeing operational performance of owned marketing channels and identifying opportunities for optimization
Supporting the effective use of marketing technology and tools to enable efficient campaign execution
Partnering with analytics and technical teams to ensure data quality, governance, and measurement standards
Advising on campaign delivery approaches and ensuring alignment to marketing strategy and priorities
Coaching and mentoring marketing specialists and coordinators to strengthen operational capability and execution
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
5–8 years of progressive experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or a related discipline
Demonstrated experience managing complex marketing calendars, workflows, and cross-channel coordination
Strong knowledge of marketing technologies (e.g., CRM, automation platforms, analytics tools) and their application in campaign execution
Proven ability to establish processes, governance frameworks, and operational standards
Experience working cross-functionally with analytics, technology, and creative teams
Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with experience supporting team development
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Extra Skills That Set You Apart: (if required)
Experience in financial services or a regulated industry
Familiarity with agile marketing or project management methodologies
Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and compliance in marketing environments
You’ll Thrive Here If You Are:
Strategic thinker – Able to connect operational execution to broader marketing and organizational goals
Operationally excellent – Driven to create structure, efficiency, and scalable processes
Collaborative leader – Skilled at building relationships and aligning diverse stakeholders
Analytical – Comfortable using data and insights to guide decisions and improvements
Coach and mentor – Passionate about developing others and strengthening team capability
We value lived experience, so if you are interested in this role, we encourage you to apply even if you feel your skills don't perfectly align with those listed.
What You’ll Earn:
This role offers a salary range of $86,400 to $111,800 per annum. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

Living Wage Employer: We’re the largest private-sector Living Wage Employer in Canada and consistently ranked among Canada’s Top Employers.
