The GIS Specialist will lead the design, operation, and continuous improvement of the global ArcGIS Enterprise platform and UPDM-aligned geodatabase. This role is responsible for platform stability, data integrity, authoritative editing, and integration with critical operational systems across the organization.

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Geographical Information’s System (GIS) Program Administrator to lead the design, operation, and continuous improvement of our global ArcGIS Enterprise platform and UPDM‑aligned geodatabase supporting pipeline, terminal, and operational workflows.
This role serves as the primary technical owner of our enterprise GIS environment—responsible for platform stability, data integrity, authoritative editing, versioning, schema management, and integration with critical operational systems. You will replace outsourced geodatabase maintenance functions and bring full in‑house stewardship to a mission‑critical system used across Engineering, Integrity, Operations, Maintenance, HSE, and Projects.
