Responsible for planning and executing e-commerce campaigns, product launches, and online merchandising to drive revenue and conversion. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize product visibility and the overall customer experience.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing. Proficiency in project management tools like Monday.com or Asana and familiarity with GA4 is preferred.
We are seeking an E-Commerce Specialist who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing e-commerce campaigns, product launches, promotions, and online merchandising initiatives to drive revenue, engagement, and conversion. This role ensures the seamless execution of commercial activities across the e-commerce platform while optimizing product visibility and customer experience. Working closely with the E-commerce Business Owner, Demand Generation team, Creative, Product Marketing, and Operations teams, this role serves as the central coordinator for campaign activation and online merchandising execution.
This is a hybrid role, which will require you to work at the Merchandise Mart office in Chicago 2-3 days per week.
