The Group Fitness Instructor is responsible for leading high-energy, inclusive fitness classes that motivate members and foster a supportive community. They must ensure the studio environment is clean, safe, and welcoming while providing an exceptional member experience.
Candidates must hold an NCCA-accredited Personal Training or Group Fitness certification and current CPR/AED certification. The role requires a passionate individual with experience in leading groups and a strong understanding of exercise science.

COMPENSATION: Pay Range is $21.00-$28.00 per hour DOE
GFIs are compensated at the class hourly rate as listed above and paid minimum wage for any preparation time or class time exceeding 60 minutes per class.

PURPOSE

WORKING CONDITIONS
Primary work in a fitness facility and office setting. Temperature variations can occur. The environment includes some ambient noise such as talking and use of gym equipment and machinery.
