Matterport is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Engineer who will provide excellent, high-touch support for SMB and Enterprise customers alike.
In addition to working with customers, the Senior Support Engineer will work closely with QA, Product, Engineering, and Finance team members to help identify and resolve issues in Matterport products.

職務内容
Matterportでは、中小企業および大企業のお客様に優れたきめ細やかなサポートを提供できる、熱意のあるシニアサポートエンジニアを募集しています。
シニアサポートエンジニアはQA、製品、エンジニアリング、財務の各チームメンバーと緊密に連携し、Matterport製品における問題の特定と解決を支援します。
【主な業務】
・国内外のお客様から電話、メール、チャットチャネルを通じて寄せられるあらゆるレベルの問い合わせについて、調査、解決、記録し、ケース管理およびエスカレーションの手順に従い、お客様の問題を迅速に解決する責任を負います。
・Matterportのソフトウェアおよびサービスの品質とキャパシティを継続的に向上させるためのベストプラクティスとガイドラインを提案します。
・困難な問題に対して独自の解決策を考案し、同時に会社の目標とブランディングを維持する。
・エンタープライズレベルを含む全てのお客様とのケース調査を通じて、高い顧客満足度を維持すします。
・製品エキスパートとして、複雑なケースの処理についてチームを指導します。
・他部門と連携し、製品およびポリシーの更新情報を伝達します。
・新メンバーのオンボーディングを行い、既存のチームメンバーに新機能のトレーニングを行います。
・お客様の問題を製品チームに報告します。
・複雑な問題の重大度、発生頻度、及び可能な回避策を判断します。
・必要に応じてQA/ソフトウェア/ハードウェア部門と連携し、問題解決の手順を評価します。
・部門の手順書及びプロセスの作成に貢献します。

・その他、割り当てられた全ての業務を遂行します。
【応募資格】
🔳必須スキル・経験：
・4年制大学の学士号、または同等の実務経験必須
・ネイティブレベルの日本語と、優れた英語の文章力・会話力・プレゼンテーションスキル
・テクニカルコンタクトセンター環境で顧客と直接対応した7年以上の実務経験。
・日本語および英語での電話・メール・チャットにて顧客の問題をスムーズにトラブルシューティングできること
・幅広い技術知識を有すること
・学習意欲が高く、責任感があり、優れた共感力のあるコミュニケーションスキルを有すること
・複数の優先事項を同時に処理でき、柔軟性が高く、最小限の監督で他者と円滑に連携できること
・迅速かつダイナミックな環境下で、自発的に行動し、プレッシャー下でも成果を上げることができる
・顧客対応サポート及び重要なアプリケーションのエスカレーション管理の実績がある
