The Area Manager oversees daily operations, maintenance, and administration of assigned residential properties while managing budgets and staff. They are responsible for ensuring resident satisfaction, enforcing lease agreements, and assisting the Regional Manager with portfolio performance.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Area Manager is responsible for the management of daily operations, maintenance, and administration of assigned location(s). The Area Manager will be responsible for the supervision of building managers, maintenance staff, cleaners, landscapers and office personnel; ensuring day-to-day operations are on schedule and within prescribed budgets. A fundamental requirement of the position is to manage an annual operating and capital budget while maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction, in accordance with policies and guidelines.
