O que irá fazer?
• Atendimento personalizado aos hóspedes;
• Gerir e responder a pedidos e reclamações;

O que procuramos?
• Experiência mínima de 1 anos na função, em hotelaria de 4/5 estrelas;
• Formação profissional em Hotelaria, Gestão Hoteleira, Turismo ou áreas relacionadas;
• Fluência em Inglês, sendo outras línguas adicionais uma vantagem;
• Excelentes capacidades de comunicação;
• Capacidade de solução de problemas;
• Orientação para o serviço de excelência
• Disponibilidade horária para trabalhar por turnos.
