The Hospitality Hero is responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Additionally, the role involves supervising cleaning operations, overseeing maintenance tasks, and managing supplier invoicing.
The candidate should be capable of working in a fast-paced hospitality environment with rotating shifts. Strong organizational skills and a focus on customer satisfaction are essential for this temporary position.

La primera sensación de los clientes al acceder a los edificios de Líbere y a su apartamento tiene que ser WOW🔥Para ello, tus funciones serán:
Atención al cliente en activo.
Asistencia con check in / check out habitantes.
Supervisión y revisión de limpieza.
Supervisión de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
Facturación proveedores
Contrato temporal para cubrir vacaciones del 31/08 al 01/11 (9 semanas)
Horario: Horarios rotativos: 8:00-16:00 -- 15:00-23:00 --09:30-17:30h
Jornada: 40 horas a la semana.
Salario: Según el convenio de hostelería de Bizkaia. Categoría recepcionista.

Our ambition is to become the leading tech-enabled serviced apartment operator in Europe — growing selectively, executing consistently, and delivering measurable returns to every asset partner.
