Análisis de Datos: Recopilación, análisis e interpretación de datos relacionados con la ocupación, tarifas, tendencias del mercado, eventos locales y competencia para identificar oportunidades y desafíos en la fijación de precios.
Análisis de Competencia: Seguimiento de las tarifas y estrategias de la competencia para mantenerse informado sobre el mercado y ajustar las tácticas en consecuencia.
Elaboración de Informes: Preparación de informes periódicos que resuman el rendimiento del revenue management y proporcionen recomendaciones para mejorar la rentabilidad.

We manage assets on behalf of property owners, investors, and developers — converting real estate into efficient, scalable, and high-performing hospitality products across six European markets: Spain, France, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Italy, and Greece. Our model is built on proprietary technology: a fully integrated stack covering property management, revenue management, distribution, and guest operations.
