Efetuar o processo de check-in e check-out dos hóspedes;
Prestar informações sobre os serviços do Hotel e as atrações turísticas e locais de interesse localizados perto Unidade;
Gestão de reclamações;
Coordenar e supervisionar a equipa de receção durante o turno;
Assegurar a comunicação eficaz entre a receção e outras áreas do Hotel.
Formação na área de Turismo ou Hotelaria;
Experiência mínima de 1 ano na função;
Fluência em inglês;
Boas capacidades de comunicação e de relacionamento interpessoal;
Orientação para o cliente e gosto pelo contacto com o público;
Disponibilidade para trabalhar por turnos, incluindo fins-de-semana e feriados.
