Preparar os espaços de refeições;
Recolher os pedidos dos clientes de maneira eficiente, demonstrando conhecimento sobre o menu e oferecendo sugestões;
Coordenar a equipa de sala, garantindo a eficiência e a qualidade do serviço;
Garantir que todos os espaços estão sempre limpos e organizados, para receber os clientes;
Gestão de reclamações;
Colaborar no controlo de stocks do restaurante e/ou bar.
Formação na área de Restauração e Bebidas (preferencial) valorizando-se outras formações na área do Turismo ou Hotelaria;
Experiência mínima de 1 a 3 anos na função;
Conhecimento na área de serviço de vinhos;
Fluência em inglês e, preferencialmente, conhecimentos de outras línguas estrangeiras;
Orientação para o cliente e gosto pelo contacto com o público;
Capacidade de trabalhar de forma eficiente e harmoniosa em equipa;
Excelentes capacidades de comunicação e de relacionamento interpessoal;
Boa capacidade para gerir reclamações e sugestões;
Disponibilidade para trabalhar por turnos, incluindo fins-de-semana e feriados.
