Buscamos un/a Técnico/a de Mantenimiento en Bilbao para unirse a nuestro equipo innovador como nuestro/a nuevo/a #bloqstar. En este puesto, desempeñarás un papel clave dentro del equipo de mantenimiento, garantizando el correcto funcionamiento y conservación de máquinas, equipos e instalaciones. Esta posición requiere un enfoque práctico, conocimientos técnicos y capacidad para diagnosticar y resolver incidencias de mantenimiento de forma eficaz.
Realizar reparaciones mecánicas in situ (en coche o van) y solucionar problemas para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de los casilleros para paquetería;
Efectuar pruebas funcionales en las unidades;
Reparar y conectar componentes de baja tensió;
Verificar y controlar la calidad de las instalaciones eléctricas;
Atender de manera telemática reportes de fallos de software (con el apoyo del equipo técnico) en Lockers en España;
Gestionar el reemplazo y las pruebas electrónicas, utilizando la documentación técnica para guiar tu trabajo;
Colaborar con nuestro equipo para documentar las intervenciones, reportar los resultados y recomendar mejoras;
Proporcionar asistencia reactiva a demanda, de acuerdo con el SLA acordado con los clientes, viajando a diversos sitios para responder rápidamente a las necesidades de mantenimiento;
Encontrar formas creativas de resolver problemas eléctricos, electrónicos y mecánicos en el campo;
Realizar reparaciones prioritarias y tareas de mantenimiento de rutina en el campo, en almacenes y sitios;
Elaborar informes post-mantenimiento y asegurar que los datos sean correctos;
Completar formaciones, como capacitación en mantenimiento técnico, protocolos de seguridad en almacenes;
Apoyar al Director de Operaciones en otras tareas ad hoc según se requiera;
Asistir con tareas de despliegue que incluyen: cargar casilleros, instalar y probar casilleros y organizar el inventario del almacén según sea necesario;
Realizar el enrutamiento y tendido de cables para asegurar las instalaciones eléctricas;
Fijar y conectar componentes de baja tensión;
Verificar y controlar la calidad de la instalación;
Brindar capacitación técnica y soporte a los miembros del equipo y a los clientes para garantizar el uso y mantenimiento adecuados de los casilleros;
Realizar visitas técnicas (encuestas) previas a la instalación para evaluar técnicamente la idoneidad del lugar y determinar las adaptaciones requeridas. u otras certificaciones según se requiera.
Dominio de español e inglés;
Nivel básico de Excel y tareas de introducción de datos;
Sólidas capacidades de resolución de problemas y diagnóstico;
Excelentes habilidades de atención al cliente y paciencia para tratar con usuarios técnicos y no técnicos;
Facilidad con la tecnología, tanto a nivel de hardware como de software;
Capacidad demostrada para realizar múltiples tareas y priorizar distintos proyectos y cargas de trabajo.
Formación profesional técnica o experiencia equivalente;
Certificaciones eléctricas;
Familiaridad con el entorno startup.
