The Eagle, our food and beer hall, serving Southern fried chicken and sides, is looking for experienced servers. Servers are responsible for the overall guest experience according to Thunderdome's quality and service standards. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds. This position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
Knowledgeable about our food and beverage offerings
Maintains a clean and professional appearance
Maintains a safe and clean environment for guests and team
Handles guests' requests and complaints professionally and ensures guest satisfaction
Maintains a positive and cooperative team environment
Ensures responsible alcohol service
Medical, vision, dental and life insurance eligibility within 90 days of employment for full time team members
401K eligibility for full time team members after the completion of 1 year of continuous service
