The Busser is responsible for quickly cleaning, sanitizing, and resetting tables within three minutes to ensure readiness for new guests. They also handle light housekeeping, roll silverware, and communicate table availability to hosts and servers.

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean re-set tables within 3 minutes.
