The Guest Service Agent is responsible for welcoming guests, processing baggage, and providing information regarding ticketing and local transportation. They must also ensure station safety, maintain a clean environment, and provide proactive service to enhance the overall guest experience.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in hospitality or a related field and be capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting heavy baggage. Excellent verbal communication skills, the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, and a minimum age of 18 are required.
Your Purpose:
As a Guest Service Agent at Brightline’s station, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, providing information on ticket kiosks, assisting with local transportation inquiries, and processing and handling their baggage. Additionally, you will offer information about the station and the surrounding areas. This role also involves ensuring the safety and security of the station, assisting in various station operations, and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
Pay Rate - $20.00 an hour

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds. No specific vision requirements.
