The Community Manager will oversee all day-to-day property operations, including resident relations, maintenance, and financial performance. They are responsible for leading the onsite team to drive leasing, renewals, and overall revenue growth while maintaining high standards for the property.
Candidates must have five or more years of progressive multifamily property management experience, preferably in Class A communities. Strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office are required.
