Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering timely solutions to maintain the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with system components to ensure stability and performance, supporting business continuity through diligent problem-solving and system monitoring activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and enhance system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and improve support processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-native application development and integration techniques.
- Ability to work with various development tools and technologies related to SAP BTP.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
