The Leasing Consultant serves as the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process. They are responsible for balancing sales, customer service, and administrative duties to maintain community standards and resident satisfaction.
No prior leasing experience is required, but candidates must possess a customer-first mindset and strong communication skills. The role requires high energy, adaptability, and a willingness to perform physical tasks on the property.

Location: Bexley at Left Bank
Pay: Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $19/hour) and increasing based on experience + Quarterly Bonuses
Schedule: Weekdays 9-6 Saturdays 9-5 Sundays Closed (Saturdays are worked in a rotation with the team)
