The Shift Supervisor manages day-to-day gym operations and serves as the lead on duty to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. Responsibilities include overseeing front desk staff, handling member escalations, and maintaining facility cleanliness and safety standards.
Candidates should have a flexible schedule and prior experience in a customer-facing leadership role. Physical ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs is required, and CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
Summary:

Shift Supervisors lead by example, provide exceptional member service, and act as a point of escalation for staff, members, and operational issues.

Central Rock Gym provides the highest quality indoor climbing experience for beginner to advanced climbers. Our route setting, friendly staff and cleanliness give you the ability to train your hardest and push yourself to the limit, while the community of climbers will provide a great source of fun, and a place to engage with others. Our rock wall designs are state of the art and include the best top-roping, leading, and bouldering around. Walltopia and Rockwerx have worked in some of the best slabs, lead arches, aretes, beginner areas and steep slopes that any gym has seen, while maintaining open areas for competition viewing and relaxation between climbs. In addition to our climbing, we offer exercise equipment, a weight training area, yoga, and comfortable areas for parents to watch and relax with wireless internet. We host incredible group events and have the multifunctional spaces to provide food and refreshments.
