We are currently seeking a Service Specialist to support our unprecedented growth by providing support to our Florida area. The ideal candidate is a big picture thinker, self-sufficient and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Service Specialist will manage the customer service side of service scheduling.In this role you will handle outbound customer support calls, as well as data entry for 12+ service technicians, with a high level of focus, customer service and quality, to ensure a world class customer service experience for every ThompsonGas customer. This role provides opportunity for growth into future leadership roles for top performers.
